Thank you for the other day.
Shortly after I gave birth, my grandparents in Shizuoka delivered a beautiful Hina doll to me.

And the words attached to the dolls were: "Thank you for being born..."

Now that we are parents ourselves, those words made us feel a warmth in our hearts.
I wonder how Yurin will respond to these words as she grows each year through Hinamatsuri...

My mother was told by her grandmother that anything with a face should be displayed every year, so she decorated my Hina dolls every year.

I too treasure this beautiful doll and decorate it every year.
And I will tell this to my child too.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who made these Hina dolls.
