From grandparents to daughter: Sakura-chan from Aichi Prefecture | First Doll Festival
From grandparents to daughter
It was a gift from my grandparents to my daughter.
Just as I had heard, the Hina dolls have a gentle expression.
My 9-month-old daughter has started to stand up and often reaches out to touch the Hina dolls' accessories. I wonder how she will react to seeing the Hina dolls next year?
From now on, I look forward to Doll Festival every year, when I can see my daughter growing up.
A gentle-looking Hina doll: Saku-chan from Aichi Prefecture | First Hinamatsuri (Girl's Festival)

Thank you for this wonderful opportunity.
I'm Saito, a staff member at Hina Dolls.
Thank you so much for your heartwarming letter and the wonderful photos filled with smiles.
Hina dolls given to her by her grandparents.
The sight of their daughter smiling brightly next to them conveyed the family's warm feelings.
I am very happy that you found the doll's expression to be "gentle."
It feels as if his gentle gaze reflects the feelings of his family.
A child who has started to stand up reaches out with great interest to small items.
Each one of these moments is a "precious moment that only happens this year,"
I'm already looking forward to seeing what kind of expression they will have as they gaze upon the Hina dolls next year.
The annual Doll Festival is a time for families to watch their daughters grow up.
I hope it will be a gentle and happy time.
Thank you very much for the opportunity.
