This time, I received a Hina doll (Ohinasama) as a gift from my grandparents who live in Shimada City.
She is their first grandchild, a girl, and the love she shares with them even though they live far apart is palpable.
Once you decorate it, it really brightens up your home.
Right now I just stare at it and play with the string, but I think I'll grow to love it more as I get older.
I would like to decorate them together next year, the year after and every year after that.

The young lady received a gift of a Hina doll from Shimada's grandparents.
Children probably won't understand the meaning of the Hina dolls on their first Hinamatsuri, but they will grow to love them more and more each year they display them.
It's okay to do it gradually, but please tell your lovely young lady that she got it from her grandparents!
