A wonderful Hina doll: Suzu-chan from Sumida Ward: Experiences and memories of Hina dolls and the first Hinamatsuri festival
A lovely Hina doll: Suzu-chan from Sumida-ku, Tokyo: A story and memories of the first Hina doll festival and Hinamatsuri
I received this from my grandparents who live in Shizuoka.
(I found a Hina doll whose face looks a lot like Suzu's, so I'm sending it to you!)
This was my daughter's (younger sister's) first Hinamatsuri. She was very curious.
The older brother was also smiling as he put on the Emperor hat that he had made himself.
Thank you for the wonderful Hina doll.

Thank you for this wonderful opportunity!
I'm Masuda, a Hinasei staff member.
Suzu-chan has big, round eyes and is very cute.
It certainly does resemble the gentle features of the doll.
From the photo, you can see that Suzu-chan is looking at the Hina dolls with interest.
The staff and craftsmen are happy.
Is the handmade doll next to this one your older brother's work?
It looks as if the Hina dolls are gazing lovingly at the Emperor and Empress, which is very adorable!
With my energetic and kind-looking older brother,
I hope you had a wonderful first Doll Festival.
The dolls look very happy with how stylishly they are decorated.
Thank you very much for this opportunity.
