Grateful for health: Kumamoto City's Kabushi-chan: Experiences and memories of the first Hina doll and Hinamatsuri festival
I was impressed by the beautiful construction and kimono of the Hina doll that you sent me at the end of the year before I purchased it.
I've been displaying it since January, and thanks to Hinasei, it's been a wonderful time. It's already been replaced by my brother's May doll, but I'm taking this opportunity to reminisce and organize the photos.
Before the baby was born, an ultrasound showed a thick mass on the back of his neck, which suggested there might be a disability or heart abnormality, which worried us greatly.
It was said that the normal rate was less than 10%, but after having an amniocentesis, I was finally relieved to find out that it was normal.
He has grown up very healthy since birth, and my whole family is very grateful for his good health.
My mother, who is pictured in the photo, gave this baby a Hina doll, hoping that it would grow up healthy again.
Thanks to Hinasei, the beautiful Hina dolls have touched my heart.
thank you very much.

Thank you for this wonderful opportunity!
This is Shibata from Hinasei Dolls in Fujieda City, Shizuoka Prefecture.
When I think about how her family must have felt before Kaede-chan was born safely, my heart aches, but at the same time I feel relieved that she was born healthy.
The Hina dolls are the same every year, but Kaede grows a lot with each passing year and I'm sure she will show us many different expressions in front of the dolls from now on.
It is said that the Hina dolls will ward off bad luck from the child and take his or her place.
I sincerely hope that Kaede will continue to grow up healthy and full of smiles, watched over by the Hina dolls filled with the thoughts of her grandmother and her family.
Thank you very much for this opportunity.
