My mother in Japan gave me a Hinasei doll as a gift to celebrate my daughter's first Doll Festival.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, regular international mail services had stopped, and it was difficult to find the Hina dolls I wanted.

Just when I had almost given up, my family found me.

I decided to buy this because I thought the Hanahina design was really cute and would be perfect for my daughter.

My American husband prefers the traditional face of the Hana Hina dolls to the cute face , so I contacted Hinasei.

I was told that I could exchange the face for another Hina doll, and they were so kind as to send me a photo of the actual doll!

I had many questions about overseas shipping, but I was able to communicate with Hinasei through my family and place my order with peace of mind.

I was very worried about damage during shipping, but the packaging was very secure and the doll arrived safely.

I am very happy to be able to celebrate my daughter's first Doll's Festival.
