I was fascinated by her face : Kidan-chan from Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture: Hina dolls for the first Doll Festival

I visited Hinasei with my mother and husband from my hometown in Izu for my daughter who was born last year.

My mother was very particular about Hina dolls, but I had no idea about Hina dolls when it came to choosing one.

As soon as we entered the store, among the many beautiful dolls lined up, both my mother and I fell in love with this one at first sight.
The kimono was simple yet the colors were exquisite, and I was captivated by the soft expression on her face.

We waited with anticipation for it to arrive, and on the day it arrived we immediately put it up. My daughter looked at the Hina dolls with a smile on her face, and we all smiled too, which made us feel very warm inside.

I am looking forward to the day when I can decorate the dolls with my daughter.

Although I come from within the prefecture, I would like to thank you for welcoming me warmly into your store despite the fact that I came from afar due to the coronavirus pandemic.

I'm really glad I found such a lovely Hina doll at Hinasei.
