The size is just right: Mahouka-chan from Yosa-gun, Kyoto Prefecture: Hina dolls and the first Hinamatsuri

I gave birth to my daughter last April, and while talking with my mother about Hina dolls,
My mother told me, "Just pick something you like."
In this corona pandemic, it's hard to go and see the real thing,
While searching the internet, I came across Hinasei's website.

My husband and I liked the gentle face and beautiful kimono so we chose it.
My mother helped me with the decorations,
I'm looking forward to being able to join my daughter next year.
The size was just right and the extras were great too.
The name flags also had beautiful gold embroidery.

For the first festival, both sets of parents were there and we all had a wonderful time.
It's all thanks to Hinasei that our first Doll Festival was such a fun one.

The first festival was celebrated by both families together.
We are honored to have our Hina dolls present on such a wonderful day!
Mahouka looked so happy being held by her mother that it made us feel happy just watching her.
