The other day, I received a Hinamatsuri doll from my grandparents.

My grandparents told me that they wanted to buy a Hina doll that could be put in their apartment, and that they thought the Hina dolls at Hinasei Dolls were elegant, so I ordered a catalogue.
Looking at the catalogue, I saw that all the Hina dolls had elegant faces and came in a variety of beautiful designs.

My daughter's name is Kaede, so when I saw a Hina doll called Fuu Hina, which has the same kanji characters, I knew this was it and contacted my grandparents.
When it actually arrived and we opened it, it was so beautiful that both my husband and I were very impressed. Our daughter was also very pleased and happy wearing the kimono.

We had a wonderful first festival.
