This was a gift from my parents when my daughter was born. My child was born in January and there wasn't much time until his first festival, so it was difficult for me to go and see the Hina dolls in person, but I found Hinasei's Hina dolls on their website and fell in love at first sight! I immediately ordered a catalog and, after getting the opinions of my parents and husband, I chose "Kanae Hina". When I received it I was immediately impressed with the face, it was so beautiful and exactly what I imagined! I had a lot of fun decorating and am excited to be able to decorate for my daughter every year from now on. We were able to celebrate with the whole family on the day, which made for a wonderful first festival.
