Once-a-year joy: Hinamatsuri (Girls' Festival) Hina dolls First festival: Ai-chan from Ome City, Tokyo
Once-a-year joy: Hinamatsuri (Girls' Festival) Hina dolls First festival: Ai-chan from Ome City, Tokyo
As soon as the dolls arrived, my family and I opened the boxes with excitement.
I was very impressed with the careful packaging. Thank you very much.
In my family, I have a younger sister who is 11 years younger than my 12-year-old older sister.
My great-grandfather passed away last year, so I was in mourning and this year's first seasonal festival came a year late.
I displayed three Hina dolls lined up: my own, my older sister's (Ayuka, 12 years old), and my younger sister's (Ai, 1 year and 4 months old), who was celebrating her first Hinamatsuri this year.
The dolls have taken over one room.
We chose Hina dolls with the same cilia so that they would not look out of place when displayed side by side.
The Hina dolls that I purchased for my younger sister this time are small, consisting of only two dolls, the Emperor and Empress, but when you look closely you can see that they are very intricately made and look very beautiful.
The colors were calming and everyone loved it.
To be honest, it was quite a challenge decorating all three with the kids and it took about four hours.
My younger child is small so he gets messy and it's no easy task.
It may be fun to display them once a year, wondering which doll is which, what hats each doll is holding, and wondering which shelf they should be placed on.
I wonder how many more times we can decorate together before my daughters get married? It's quite moving to think about this.
When I was choosing, I looked around three stores near my home, but nothing really caught my eye. When I finally came across Hinasei's Hina dolls online, I intuitively thought "This is it!!!" and placed my order.
I was a little worried that the product I received online would be different from what I imagined, but the real thing was better than I expected. I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Hinasei.

Thank you for this wonderful opportunity!
My name is Tsujii and I am a staff member at Hinasei.
We believe that Hina dolls represent the thoughts of parents and grandparents.
What a lovely room!
It seems as if the room is enveloped in the thoughts of generations of parents.
And for young ladies who grow up in a home with these values, it is an environment where they can create irreplaceable family memories and gain extremely valuable experiences.
Please use this time wisely.
Hina dolls are also a great opportunity to teach your children about Japanese culture.
For more details, please see "Recent trends in Hinamatsuri: A chance to experience the Japanese seasonal atmosphere and it's full of benefits."
We understand that feeling of excitement when shopping online, as we also use online shopping for a variety of things.
We understand that customers may be disappointed when they receive their items, so all our employees take pride in handling the Hina dolls, never letting anyone else feel that way!
I'm happy to say it's better than I expected.
We hope you enjoy decorating all the Hina dolls together.
Thank you very much for this opportunity.
